Loaf Pan for Danish Rye Bread
This is a wonderful loaf pan for Danish rye bread. I have used a number of other pans for this bread, but the results from this pan are exceptional. I have three of them and have used the Rye Meal Pumpernickel and Rye Chops from Bakers Authority for this bread for many years. My Danish wife is extremely pleased and so am I. I have spent a large amount of time in Denmark and am very familiar with the regional variations of rye breads. The breads made with Bakers Authority's rye products and these pans are by no means inferior to those I have eaten for over fifty years while living and working in Denmark. Robert E. Innis

I couldn't believe the difference between this and all the whole milk powders I've tried . I always take a spoon full of any powdered milk that goes into my chocolate and this is by far been the sweetest and creamiest …this will be our constant for now on …
