The Ecos is a free-standing square paper baking mold. Solid brown in color, the Ecos features a PET-Laminated interior for ease of release. Constructed with a beaded rim, which accommodates an optional plastic lid. Ideal for single serve use. Great for grab-and-go business. Optional lid sold separately. Oven safe in temperatures up to 390° F. Place molds on baking sheet for additional support in the oven. Microwave and freezer safe. Grease and warp resistant. Suggested uses: cheesecake|cake|quick bread|crumb cake|pound cake|tart|pie|danish|quiche|brownie.
