Whole Milk Powder

Excellent-I highly recommend Baker's Authority and the powdered whole milk. I mixed the powder with room temperature water and it dissolved wonderfully, using a hand held hand powered old fashioned mixer.

This milk tasted fresher and had better flavor than milk from the store. I’m really happy since I live a long way from a store but like milk. I can make just the amount I need and no worries about getting too much and having it go bad or running out.

In response to that reviewer who said that this milk had an unpleasant taste. I totally disagree. Perhaps this person only tasted supermarket milk perhaps. As for myself I have tried several brands of powder milk and none of them come close to the taste of this one. That being said (for powder milk) this is the best milk i have ever tasted .

This was the first time I'd purchased anything from this company and the process was simple, no complaints there. But the Powdered Whole Milk I got has a taste I don't enjoy at all. I got it to mix in with dried soup kits for backpacking, to add calories, but I can't handle the flavor at all. Now I have almost 15lbs of product, worth almost $80 with shipping, that I don't know how I'll use. We tried it in soups, pudding, and plain in water. I suspect this powder would alter the taste in anything you add it to. If I could return the two unopened packages I would.
