Cup capacity is 2 oz. The NTS Muffin Tray System is made with Swedish grease-resistant paper cups which are pressed, not glued, into the versatile framework as a complete unit. The frame color is brown with gold floret print overlay. Perforation on the frame between cups allows for separation of one or more cups. Cups are released from the frame by pressing out the cup or by separating the frame along the perforation. Baked product releases from the cup by pulling outward on the cup collar. Oven safe in temperatures up to 390° F. Place muffin tray on baking sheet for additional support in the oven. Microwave and freezer safe. Suggested uses: muffins|cake|quickbread|cupcakes|pound cake.
