Great dark rye flour for tasty and full-bodied rye bread!

I am new to breadmaking, and LOVE rye bread. So, I decided to try this dark rye flour and wasn't disappointed. It delivers (in addition to some whole wheat and all-purpose flour) some delicious rye bread as well as less-rye-tasting white sourdough bread. It depends on which sourdough starter you use - rye or non-rye. It has great taste, texture, crust and crumb! I'll keep buying it here!
