This innovative line of bases are the result of Giordano Emendatori's passion for gelato.
As a great connoisseur and always dedicated to the pleasures of gelato, Emendatori developed two bases without sugars or flavour additives, making it possible to limit calories without sacrificing the pleasures of artisan gelato of the finest quality. 

The secret of these bases is the steviol glicosydes from the stevia plant, a new and revolutionary natural sweetener that, unlike other sugar substitutes on the market, has no side effects. 
With a sweetening power up to 270 times greater than sucrose, and no calories, steviol glicosydes from the stevia have been used for many centuries in South America. Steviol glycosides have now reached Europe, and MEC3 is the first company to launch its use in the gelato sector.

Developed for gelatos made with only fresh fruit.

Shelf Life: 24 months if kept in original, undamaged packaging.

INGREDIENTS: Sweeteners: maltitol, erythritol, sorbitol, maltodextrin, vegetable fibre (inulin), pea proteins, thickeners: tara gum, pectin, acidifier: citric acid, sweetener (0,1%): steviol glycosides from stevia.

Allergen Information: May contain soybeans, milk, eggs, almonds,hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachio nuts


Preperation Instructions: 

Pulpy Fruit Gelato: 1,050 kg (1 bag) of product + 2 kg of fruit + 1 L of water

Lemon Gelato: 1,050 kg (1 bag) of product + 1 kg of lemon juice + 2 L of water

Orange Gelato: 1,050 kg (1bag) of product + 2,550 kg of orange juice + 0,450 L of water.

Mix energetically using a whisk , until the product has completeley dissolved. We recommend the use of hot water (40/50°C).
