Instructions:
Yield 1/2 Sheet Pan
Brownie Base......................................170 g.
Melted Butter...................................................450 g. Whole Eggs.............500 g.
Water ......................................100 g.
in a saucepan and bring to a Boil. heat water and butter to a short boil. in a mixing bowl, (using the paddle attachment) pour the (water/butter mix) on to the brownie base. Mix on low speed. Add the eggs. mix until the batter is uniform & smooth. (Opt: add 1OZ vanilla flavor, nuts or another desired flavor.) Bake for 20-25 min at 330F.
