Our extra-fine diced almond meal or flour is created by reducing blanched or natural almond pieces to fine-sized particles. There will be variations around this size due to process characteristics. The finely ground almonds will be created from wholesome blanched, natural, or dry roasted input stock that will have always been treated with good manufacturing practices.

 

Extra fine blanched almond flour is flour made from almonds with the almond skin removed (which is called blanching). Blanched almond flour has a white color and smoother texture than unblanched almond flour. Since blanched almond flour has the almond skin removed, it has a lighter weight than blanched almond flour. Our bulk blanched almond flour is used for baking cakes, cookies, pie crust, and other types of desserts, as well as pasta.
