Winona Patent Flour is a premium quality flour milled from hard wheat. Winona Patent flour is flour made from the center endosperm of the wheat kernel, meaning it's of a higher quality and lower ash content than standard bread flour. Excellent fermentation, mixing, and machine tolerance. Very strong flour with considerable carrying power. Perfect for pan bread, buns, rolls, hearth bread, Italian bread, and pizza crust. Our Winona patent four is available in bulk or wholesale.
