Use this versatile mix to create everything from cupcakes to layer and sheet cakes. In fact, our mix is so versatile it can be used to make cobblers, cookies, and dessert bars too!

Preparation Instructions:  Scale water and mix into mixer. Mix 3 min on low, scrape down. Add water on low and mix until smooth, about 1 min, scrape down. Mix 2 min on med. Add water and oil on low, mix until smooth, about 1 min, scrape down. Mix 2 min on low. Bake at 360° F, standard oven, 24-28 min. 

5LB Proportions: 5LB of cake mix, 1 pound and 3.5 ounces of water, 1 lb of water, 1/2 lb and 1.5 oz of oil.
