An Important Note Regarding COVID-19

We continue to monitor the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation carefully. We have taken all precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. We are following all guidelines provided by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and other authorities.
Due to very high demand, we are currently shipping most orders within 24 hours, but have some delays in shipping out of stock items and orders who's shipping address isn't verified by FedEx or are missing the apt number. All our teams are working around the clock to fulfill orders as soon as possible
Due to the record high volume of packages being shipped with UPS and FedEx they are experiencing backlogs and delays in shipping. The result of this is that some packages are not getting scanned in and some packages take longer in shipping then they should. They have also suspended their guarantees on express packages and are not issuing credits for express packages that arrived late.
Shortage of Certain Products
Unfortunately due to challenges in the supply chain, we will also occasionally need to partially fulfill or cancel your order, we will let you know as soon as possible if this happens, and your card will not be charged until the product ships.

When contacting us, please leave as much information as possible to assist the team in helping you. Due to current volumes, messages and voicemails will take an extra few days to be responded to , but please rest assured help will be provided.
