5LB Jet-black Cocoa Powder

Great product - second time I have ordered and will keep coming back! Just an at home beer, but this black cocoa makes such a difference in so many of my recipes. The quality of the product is great as is the price! So thank you!

Much better when mixed with regular cocao.
Distinct burnt flavor by itself, would not reorder.

I'm a jet black cocoa connoisseur, using around a pound a month mixing a couple of heaping table spoons into my fat free plain yogurts every night. I've tried different brands and places, getting my first 5 pound bag of jet-black Cocoa Powder from Bakers Authority at the end of 2024.
With that initial bag nearly empty and knowing it was the blackest and richest/smoothing tasting yet, I ordered 10 pounds/2 bags this last time which should last almost a year.
Both bags arrived in timely fashion. I immediately opened one of them and used it that night to confirm its the same quality of the first 5 pound bag. Yep!
I couldn't be more satisfied. Considering the rising price of cocoa recently, I was also happy with the price.
