I was pleased with the biscotti but not happy bottom layer was in pieces and couldn’t use

I was pleased with the biscotti but not happy bottom layer was in pieces and couldn’t use. Because I didn’t take a picture nothing was done to correct the problem. Disappointed because I guess no proof of breakage.

Person I sent to said they tasted soft. Very little. Anasise. Went through hell being told I never ordered. Check was cashed took weeks to get them delivered. Not ever a proper where sorry. Not the same place I had ordered from in past. I know my personal order means. Shit to upon after this order William. Stec

I've ordered these before and this batch was not as good. The taste was the same but the cookies were smaller and looked over toasted. They were always a 5 star before.
