Product Characteristics or Behavior

The Ariola Lobster Tail is a light, crunchy puff pastry that bakes out hollow and is designed to be filled after baking. These pastries are ideal for a variety of fillings, including cannoli cream, custard cream, whipped cream, and fruit fillings.

They arrive frozen and ready to bake, making them convenient for bakeries and foodservice operations. Once baked, they deliver a crisp, flaky texture with a visually striking layered appearance.

Also known as sfogliatelle, which translates to small, thin leaf layer in Italian, lobster tail pastries are a classic Italian dessert known for both texture and presentation.

Today, Ariola produces over six thousand cannolis per hour and is one of the largest vendors of cannoli and sfogliatelle pastries on the East Coast.
