Applications: Instant yeast can be used in all types of yeast raised products such as pizza,bread, rolls, buns, Danish, doughnuts, bread sticks, pretzels, etc. This product is designed for no-time or short time dough systems containing 0% to 12% sugar Baker's percent.


Preperation Instructions: Add directly to flour and dry mix for 30 to 60 seconds prior to adding liquids. Use approximately one pound of instant yeast for every three pounds of fresh baker's yeast. Normally, dough prepared with instant yeast requires two pounds of additional water for each pound of instant yeast. Warmer final dough temperatures are recommended when using instant yeast to obtain fermentation results similar to fresh yeast.
