200 pounds of Wheat Gluten over the past few years.

I got tired of paying money for Tofurkey slices, so I just started buying fifty pound bags of wheat gluten.

Bakers Authority had the best price the first, second, third, and fourth times I bought a fifty pound bag.

Now I make instant pot seitan at least 6 days a week. It's great, because I can make whatever flavor I want. It's a couple hundred grams of protein each time.

None of the gluten I've bought has gone to waste.

All you need is gluten, parchment paper, stock/broth, and an instant pot for the basic version.
