Instructions:

Chocolate sponge Cake Base.............250 g.
Whole Egg......................................50 g.
Warm Water................................................100 g.

In mixing bowl, whip all ingredients for 8 min at high speed. pour into pans and allow to stand 15 min before baking. Cakes bake for 25 min at 340°F. roulades and sheets. Bake at 400°F for 6 minutes.
