Deluxe Pumpkin Pie Base Cake Mix


A base for the production of pumpkin pies; can also be used for coconut custartd and sweet potato pies

Allergen Information: Contains soybena oil, wheat flour, eggs and milk


Applications: Mix for the production of pumpkin pies


Preperation Instructions: 1/place 6 3/4lb package of pumpkin pie base with 1oz of spice blend (included) with 1 gallon of warm water into a mixing bowl, mix with a wire whip or paddle until smooth. (Approx 3 minutes) 2/add 1 #10 can of pumpkin to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. (Approx 3 minutes) 3/Fill unbaked pie shells and bake in an oven at 400 F for approx 35 to 40 minutes. (Time is dependent on size and depth of pie). For added richness and flavor add 4oz of Milk powder or 1 pint of heavy cream to the first stage.
