Over Bought

Makes great tasting bread. However, I wish that would have looked a little further and I could have paid less by getting a 5 lb bag of Bob's Red Mill artisan flour locally .

Excellent product, but shipping became prohibitive

KA Galahad is great for all purpose, many breads, and some pastries. It is our standard flour.

Excellent product

This is my go to flour for most breads and baked goods. Excellent quality. Always best to weigh as moisture content varies with the season, but simple adjustments give the same great results I have come to expect from Sir Galahad.
