Lovely

I made wheat flour tortillas with it and they came out just lovely. They had a nice chewy texture.

Flour and baking tins

The flour was delivered quickly which was good because the tins were also in the package causing the flour bag to rupture where the bread pans were. Not too much of an issue, the flour still looked fine and has made some good sourdough! Only reason for four stars is because the baking pans are advertised as PFOA/PTFE free but when I got them they both had warning labels stating they contain PTFE. I’m still using them with parchment paper but I’m avoiding cooking directly on them. Also, it would be better to always ship the flour separate from metal pans! Just in case the package gets wet or humid during transport it will ensure maximum freshness!
