Only toasted hazelnuts in a paste made slowly to give a distinct but rounded flavor.

ORIGIN: ITALY; Campania.

INGREDIENTS: Hazelnut paste.

 

FEATURES: Medium-small fruit, with a subcylindrical shape and compressed at the sides, the shell is rather thin, pale brown with light stripes.

The ivory-white pulp is, consistent and aromatic. Its taste will remind you of caramel and bread crusts.

 

CHARACTERISTICS: Highly toasted.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 80 g per Kg of base mix.

 

PACKAGING:  of 4 Kg.

 

THE GELATO: The paste undergoes high toasting. Resulting in a darker paste amongst the MEC3 assortment.  

The Gelato has a dark brown color and a strong note of toasted hazelnut with a slightly acidulous aftertaste due to the toasting.
