A quick-drying, high gloss chocolate coating for cookies, doughnuts, Etc 

Preparation Instructions:

1. HEAT  to minimum 125-135F in a double boiler or enrober.

2. Cool to 120-130F for desired thickness of the coating on Baked products 

3. Product to be coated should be room temperated.
