          Rye Meal pumpernickel flour
What I have been looking for to use in European style rye breads.
Just what I have been searching for - a coarser ground flour/meal with some rye chops included. Fresh and packaged in plastic resealable bags.
 
          Raw Jumbo Shelled Peanuts
Dark roasted and delicious
Super good quality. I use them so i can dark roast them in a fry pan, at the end add a little oil and salt then onto a plate in the freezer for a quick cool.
I can not find dark roasted lightly salted peanuts anywhere so these absolutely fit. Because they are blanched (no skin) they are clean and very tasty.

We love that it is organic and has more protein than other bread flours.
